Product Description
ZH-2 is a kind of cationic imidazoline corrosion inhibitor. It is also a kind of water soluble inhibitor. There are polar group and non-polar group in ZH-2 molecular structure. With polar group adhering to the surface of metal and non-polar group being placed closely on the surface of metal, lyophobic oil film is formed. The existence of oil film stops the movement of electricity charge or materials that are related to corrosion reaction. Therefore, ZH-2 can be used for preventing pipes from being corroded in the process of exploration and transportation of oil and gas field, and can prolong service time of pipes. The recommended dosage is 20-200ppm.

Features

It can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, statured saltwater and seawater drilling and completion fluids.

Package and Storage
It is a liquid packaged in 5 gal cans and 55 gal drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
