Product Description
HY-202 is refined from vegetable oil through special sulfur and phosphor grafting process. The extreme pressure lubricating property is enhanced. HY-202 not only have a good lubricating effect to reduce friction but also have no toxic and low fluorescence. It is a kind of good reservoir and environment protection agents to provide the lubricant with excellent performance. It can be directly added into the various water-based drilling fluids and its recommend dosage is 0.5 – 2.0% (v/v).

Features
Excellent lubricating property to be used in directional wells and horizontal wells.
Resist salt, calcium and magnesium, can be applied in freshwater, saltwater; saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
Perform well up to 140 ℃, can be applied in deep wells.

Package and Storage
It is a liquid packaged in 5 gal cans and 55 gal drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
