Product Description
SYP-2, is polyether polyol lubricant made from ethylene oxide, propylene oxide and nonionic surfactant through special refining and emulsifying process, which can provide reasonable lubricating property. SYP-2 is fluorescence-free, non-toxic and non-pollution. So it can be used as an agent to build reservoir and environment protection drilling fluids. It can be directly added into various water-base drilling fluids and its recommend dosage is 1.0-3.0% (v/v).

Features
Good lubricity which is equal to oil base lubricant, helps to use in directional and horizontal wells.
Reasonable salt, calcium and magnesium resistance, can be applied in freshwater, saltwater; saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
Perform well up to 150 ℃, can be applied in deep wells.
Non-toxic and biodegradable, no harm to environment.
Package and Storage
It is a liquid packaged in 5 gal cans and 55 gal drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
